Minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 overseers who meet online or in-person with the Pioneer at least annually to review and discuss the organization's operation and progress.  The overseers provide consultation and oversight to help the organization achieve its missions.

An overseer shall have proven self-discipline and broad life experiences, and a character recognized for moral integrity and charity.  No religious affiliation is required, and is preferable for at least 1 overseer.

Interested individuals shall submit a letter listing your formal educations, professional experiences and qualifications if any.  The letter shall explain why you are interested in the position, and how can you help achieve the organization's missions.     

There is no number limit for the "warrior of faith" position.  However, these are the few that the Son prophesied about who "strive to enter through the narrow door."  These warriors walk alongside the Pioneer to find lands, build homes, grow foods, and all other daily operations of the organization.

A warrior shall have proven history of seeking biblical truth and loving the Creator more than anything else.  The warrior has realized and made a stand against all of the practices and doctrines contrary to the Creator's unnegotiable commandments.

Interested individuals shall submit a letter describing your family background and faith journey.  The letter shall explain what wrongs have you found with the world and its religious establishments, and your own responses to those wrongs.
